Only 10 minutes of Prep Work for a Tasty, Easy Dinner Idea!

No matter the time of year, one thing seems to remain the same – we are busy. Days are constantly packed full: work to do lists, appointments, an ever moving Liam, and household tasks. Never a dull moment for a work at home mom of a toddler. So I’m always looking for new easy dinner ideas that I can have in the house and pull out for a quick meal when the day slipped past faster than I thought it would. These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are definitely one of those meals!

We are too quick to order food or run through a drive through when we are short on time but long on hunger, especially with a hangry toddler. But we’re trying hard to stay on budget. So when I’m looking for fast meals with less than 10 minutes of active prep work to have in the house for these days, having short cut items in the freezer to help me achieve this goal makes a huge difference. Enter On-Cor. On-Cor helped me make a tasty Italian Night for my family with a delicious Caprese Salad on the side of their lasagna and copycat McRib sandwiches my husband is obsessed with. Now these Chicken Parmesan sandwiches.

On-Cor entrées are a great solution for these quick meals, keeping us on track for eating as a family at home. They’ve been in the business of providing family entrées for 70 years! The frozen, fully-cooked entrées are conveniently packaged and ready to heat and serve. There is no prep work other than preheating the oven and peeling off a layer of plastic film. That’s it! Don’t we all need dinners that easy in our lives?

The best part? While it cooks in the oven, I have time to get more things done around the house, especially some quick cleaning. Liam has really taken to cleaning lately; or at least as much “cleaning” as a 1 year old can muster. He has the sweetest kid’s cleaning set that is also part of a giveaway below! It came with a mini broom, mini floor sweeper, mini rag and mini duster. The duster is by far his favorite so as I walk around picking up toys and putting away my work items, Liam follows behind dusting the furniture. It’s a pretty productive use of 50 minutes baking time if you ask me!

On-Cor has also been working hard to enhance their products to satisfy us busy moms, giving us quality dinner solutions and new packaging that makes it easy to understand exactly what we are feeding our families. My Chicken Parmesan Sliders are made using On-Cor 6 Breaded Chicken Parmagiana Patties with Tomato Sauce. The lightly breaded chicken patties are made with white meat chicken and have a layer of real mozzarella cheese and savory tomato sauce.

Want help with more than just dinner? On-Cor also wants to give away a box of goodies, and this is my favorite box of goodies yet!! The prize will include a coupon valid for one free On-Cor entrée, organizational glass containers, sink caddy, scrub brush, serving dish, set of 4 kitchen towels, and kids cleaning set!

Have you ever tried their barbecue pork riblets? The barbecue sauce they use is good enough to drink. We use them to make our own McRib style sandwiches, for a fraction of the cost.
