The Incredible Hulk Smoothie
Recipe type: Drinks
  • 1.5 cups Coconut Milk (could also use soy milk, skim milk, or almond milk)
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (I use natural peanut butter)
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger
  • I also like to include if I have on hand: a couple tablespoons of avocado, blueberries, raspberries, frozen mango, a couple spoonfuls of nonfat greek yogurt to make it extra filling, or a couple tbsp plant based protein powder.)
  1. Add everything to your blender and go! Blend until smooth.
