Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Pitas
Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Pitas are perfect for summer - easy to make, light, cooked in a slow cooker and DELICIOUS! Plus, it makes great leftovers!
Recipe type: Main
  • 2 lbs skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • around 1 cup chicken stock
  • Light Caesar Dressing
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Multi Grain Pitas
  1. Place cleaned chicken into the crock pot and add chicken stock. Chicken stock should come to the top of the chicken. I also sprinkle garlic powder on top. Cook chicken on chicken for 3- 4 hours on high and 5-6 hours on low.
  2. Shred the chicken when ready and pour on caesar dressing. This will be to taste. I use around half a bottle of dressing on all the chicken. Remember - more can always be added later!
  3. Add lettuce and chicken to the pita, then top with parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
