Strawberry Cool Whip Fruit Dip

Easy Two Ingredient Strawberry Fruit Dip is loved by both kids and parents! With it’s light pink color, it makes the perfect Valentine’s Day recipe!

  • 16 ounces Cool Whip (I use Light)
  • 10 ounces Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt (or 2 strawberry cups)


  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Bananas
  • Pineapple
  • Melons
  • Berries
  • Graham Crackers
  • Pretzels


  1. In a bowl, mix together the Cool Whip and the yogurt until combined. You do not want to over stir. 

  2. Store in the fridge until you are ready to serve! Enjoy!
