Easy Chicken Lo Mein

Lo Mein Noodles, carrots, cabbage, onions, chicken and soy sauce combine for a super easy Chicken Lo Mein recipe the whole family will love for dinner!

  • 1-2 pounds Cooked Chicken, chopped into medium size pieces
  • 1 pound Cooked Lo Mein Noodles (you can substitute with spaghetti noodles)
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and julienned
  • 1 Medium Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 6 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Sugar


  1. Boil noodles according to the package directions, then drain and set aside until ready.

    I cook the noodles while sautéing the vegetables. 

  2. Sauté vegetables in oil until tender. Then add vegetables and cooked chicken to the noodles. 

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and optional sesame oil. Pour over the noodle mixture. Be sure to mix well to thoroughly coat the noodles.

  4. Serve with egg rolls, fried rice, steamed rice or on its own!
