Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated homestyle biscuits
  • Peach Preserves
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 1/2 c melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degress and spray an 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Slice your peaches into thin strips.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together peach preserves, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. In a small bowl, melt your butter. In another small mixing bowl, combine together sugar and cinnamon. Toss the peach slices in butter and then the cinnamon and sugar mix.
  5. Take your biscuits. Either keep them in 8 thicker slices or tear in half for 16 thinner slices. Coat each slice with the peach preserves mix and then top with 1 or 2 slices of peach, leaving one biscuit slice untouched for the end. Stack them together and add to the bread pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is cooked through. If it starts to brown too quickly, cover with a piece of foil and reduce oven to 325 degrees.
