Lemon and Herb Goat Cheese Log

  • 4 " Goat Cheese Log
  • 1/2 c of fresh herbs well chopped - parsley, chives and basil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp of lemon zest
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • pepper to taste


  1. Mix together the chopped herbs, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and pepper.
  2. Use the mix to coat the goat cheese log. You can put mix on a plate and use a combination of rolling the log in the mix and patting the mix onto the log. You can also do a loose covering and wrap the roll in cling wrap and gently roll the log to make everything stick well.
  3. Then serve on a plate with bread or crackers and enjoy!
