Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • Beef Chuck Roast mine was 3-4 lb
  • 1 lb carrots peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 2-3 lb potatoes washed and cut into large chunks
  • 3/4 c beef broth

Instructions

  1. Add your prepared vegetables into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in broth.
  3. Season roast with salt and pepper and place on top in slow cooker.
  4. Cook for 10 hours on low or 4-5 on high.
