Cook pasta in a pot with olive oil and salt. Follow directions on box for al dente.
Cook Italian Sausage in skillet until cooked through. Crumble the sausage as you cook. Drain all excess fat when done or toss sausage into a colander to drain.
Stir in sauce and let cook on medium for about 5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta,3/4 c cheese, corn, and black beans. Gently stir to combine and to melt the cheese.
Serve immediately, topped with avocado, cilantro and remaining cheese.
