Open Faced Avocado and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Egg
  • Piece of hearty toast
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Open the avocado, remove the skin, and place half of the avocado in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and smash.
  2. Toast one piece of toast.
  3. Cook egg to your preferred level of doneness.
  4. Add the avocado to the top of the toast. Top with your egg. ENJOY!
