BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients
2
chicken breasts
sliced into cutlets
1/2
cup
Angry Orchard BBQ sauce
4
cups
romaine lettuce
cut into thick ribbons
1
cucumber
sliced
2
hard-boiled eggs
sliced
4
ounces
grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with foil. Place the chicken on the sheet and slather with half the BBQ sauce.
Bake 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and slather with the other half of the BBQ sauce. Cook 10 more minutes until cooked through.
Allow the chicken to cool then slice.
Divide the lettuce between two bowls. Place a few cucumber slices onto each, followed by the egg and the cheese. Top with chicken.
