Peach Prosciutto Goat Cheese Crostinis

  • 1 baguette
  • 3-6 oz goat cheese
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 2-3 peaches depends on size; mine were small
  • Honey


  1. To make the crostinis, preheat the oven to 375° F. Brush the bread slices with the olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake 7 to 12 minutes or until golden. Remove them from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.
  2. Spread a layer of goat cheese onto the crostinis.
  3. Top with prosciutto.
  4. Drizzle with a little honey.
  5. Cut your peaches into thin slices and add to the top of the crostinis.
