Preheat your oven to 425 degrees for the pie crust or 325 degrees for the crescents.

Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside a tbsp. of this mixture for the topping.

Cut your apple into wedges.

Roll out your pastry of choice and brush or spray with butter. Then, sprinkle on the cinnamon, sugar, and clover mixture. Then with a pastry knife or pizza cutter like I used, cut the pastry into strips for a total of 16.

Wrap each strip around each apple wedge with the sugar side facing the apple.

Brush the tops with a little more butter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixture.

Place your “pies” on a parchment lined baking sheet or cooking rack with cooking spray. I prefer mine on a rack so that the entire pasty gets the nice golden brown.

Bake for 10-13 minutes for both pastries, or until golden.
