25+ Healthy Recipes for the New Year!
Happy New Years, Nerds! It has been a little quiet around here lately, but The Love Nerds are back! After the roller coaster that was 2015, I decided to take time off with my husband and enjoy the holidays. We celebrated with my parents and sister, hosted his parents on Christmas, threw our annual New Year’s Eve party, spent time with friends, learned new board games, and binged on a lot of video games. It is rare for me to take a day off – my head can feel like it’s exploding from a migraine and I will still probably do something for work. Not this week and it was glorious!
We all work too much and while I know that I am back to the grind and probably the same work habits, it is one of my healthy living goals for this year to give myself a day off work at least once a week. 1 day where I don’t log on. Want to take bets how long this will last? 😉
