Delicious and Creamy Jalapeno and Avocado Greek Yogurt Dressing!
I am a huge fan of avocados and jalapenos, so I decided it was time to combine them into my own homemade salad dressing. I was a little nervous about making my own dressing because I had never done it before. It was so easy though! I don’t know why I haven’t tried it before, especially because it is easy to make it lighter with greek yogurt and skim milk.
I feel like jalapenos get a bad name. Most of my family falls into this camp as they shy away from spice. The heat of a jalapeno is in the seeds compared to the flesh of the pepper. Plus, with being mixed with the creamy avocado, greek yogurt, and milk, this dressing is NOT spicy. The flavors combine perfectly to be added to a good Chicken Taco Salad, a burrito bowl, or a wrap.
Now, because I love the recipes of my blogging friends and because I want even more homemade dressings to try now that I know how easy it is, I am sharing more dressing recipes below! PLUS, a giveaway for an awesome Blendtec blender.
