A Strawberry Rosé Wine Spritzer Recipe You Can Enjoy All Year Long!
I am relatively new to the word of spritzer recipes. In fact, I didn’t even realize there were other alcohol spritzers out there besides wine spritzers until recently. So like any new thing in my life, I am on the path toward mastering the spritzer by obsessively trying new recipes and playing with combinations. I love wine cocktails and just wine in general, so it’s definitely a labor of love! 🙂 I have a feeling you will see a lot of spritzer recipes here in the next year, but first there is the Strawberry Lemon Rosé Spritzer.
I decided to start with a rosé spritzer for you all because I think the pink blush of the wine makes it an absolutely perfect Valentine’s Day cocktail or even better a Galentine’s Day cocktail! The fresh fruit and garnish make it feel a little extra special to add to the menu instead of just pouring a glass of rose.
Plus, spritzers are so light and versatile that they can be served at any event in any season! You can’t go wrong!
So… What is a Wine Spritzer?
In case anyone else is relatively new to the spritzer drink world as I was not too long ago, let me clue you in. 3 key ingredients are needed to make a wine spritzer: wine, soda, and ice. The last one is important because spritzers are best as a chilled cocktail.
You can make them dry or sweet which is greatly affected by both your wine choice as well as your soda choice. Classic wine spritzer cocktails usually call for club soda, but you can also use sparkling water, lemonade, or more!
