I live and breathe Lion King these days with my toddler, so, of course, I had to add a Lion King SVG Bundle to the shop! The designs are filled with Simba, Nala, Timon, Pumba and more so you can create ROARING good DIY Lion King projects.
This Disney svg bundle is perfect making diy shirts for the movie theatre or Disney World as well as travel mugs, computer stickers and more! I’m even sharing designs to make a Lion King Disney World group shirt!
TOY STORY SVG FILES!
It’s official, everyone. This house is obsessed with Lion King. To be fair, it’s mostly my toddler but he seems to make a lot of the decisions for the house. 😉
Liam loves to watch Lion King, he loves to listen to Lion King, sing to Lion King, and dance to Lion King. It’s non-stop.
Most important though, he pretends to be SIMBA. He roars all day long which is baby brother does not always appreciate.
I have definitely watched it more with Liam than I ever did as a kid, and that is saying something.
So, of course, I felt like a Lion King SVG bundle was in order for the shop. It is a big summer for the Disney fandom with the movie release.
We have a Disney trip we are planning for this coming December, and I will definitely be using these Lion King SVG files for making our Animal Kingdom shirts!
While Animal Kingdom is not usually my favorite, I am really excited for Liam to be there! He is going to love the animals, the tree show, and the Lion King show!
He is going to really love that show!
I am pretty sure Liam will choose the Born to be Wild SVG design with all the animals running by. He likes running almost as much as roaring.
He could surprise me though and decide to have us all wear shirts from the Lion King group shirt bundle! If so, I’ll be picking Nala! Or maybe Zazu.
We skipped seeing the new “live action” Lion King movie in theatre’s though which has been killing me slowly. It came out when life was really busy, and I just wasn’t sure how Liam would handle it.
In fact, I would love to hear perspectives any of you might have! Did you take toddlers? How did they do?
I was worried the animals looking more realistic might make it too intense for him so we skipped. I’m really excited for it to come out for home viewership though!
Back to the point, though, which is this Lion King SVG Bundle! It’s an exciting Disney fan addition to the shop that I hope you love, too!
The Lion King Bundle includes a few designs with Simba, Timon and Pumba as well as designs that make great sibling shirts and father-son shirts! Plus the Disney World group shirt designs perfect for your next vacation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE DIY LION KING SHIRTS OR DISNEY GROUP SHIRTS:
- LION KING SVGF FILES – including Lion King SVG Bundle and Lion King Group Shirt Bundle
- Silhoutte, Cricut or other electronic cutting machine
- Heat Transfer Vinyl for shirts – Black, White or Starter Pack
- Favorite Shirt
- Iron or Heat Press
If you are looking do complete other projects, like mugs or glassware, use regular vinyl for glassware, mugs, frames, or ornaments – Vinyl Color Pack.
TIPS FOR MAKING DIY LION KING SHIRTS WITH HEAT TRANSFER VINYL:
It’s important to follow the instructions on the heat transfer vinyl you purchase, but here are some tips that have helped me!
Tip #1 – Make sure that you flip your design horizontally so it is mirrored before you cut out the design. If you don’t do this, you won’t be able to read your design!
Tip #2 – Heat the fabric with your iron or heating press before you adhere the design. It helps the vinyl adhere more strongly.
Tip #3 – Firmly press down your iron or heating press for at least 20 second intervals before moving to another portion of the design. I find pressing firmly is better than moving the iron in strokes over the design.
