When crafting your holiday brunch menus, you definitely want to consider adding these. Here is why:

  • They have my favorite combination of spices that are perfect for the fall and winter holidays – cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves!
  • Chunks of real apple inside these muffins keep them extra fresh and moist.
  • It’s a festive combination of two favorites – apple pie and cinnamon rolls!

HOW TO MAKE APPLE CINNAMON ROLL MUFFINS

These muffins come together quickly in prep, especially when you use canned cinnamon rolls. If you want to use from scratch cinnamon rolls, you could also do that, of course!

First, you will prep your oven and your muffin pan.

Then, chop up your cinnamon rolls and your apples.

Toss your cinnamon roll pieces in apple butter and place in the muffin tins, filling 2/3 of the way.

In a bowl, whisk together your eggs, half and half, vanilla and spices. Then pour the mixture over your cinnamon rolls and fill until 2/3.

Top with chopped pecans if you would like and bake!

The canned icing can be used as the drizzled icing.
