For just the two of us, it made PLENTY for dinner and a few leftover meals. I detail in the recipe how to make a lightened up Homemade Alfredo Sauce with no cream. I never have cream in my house so a milk based Alfredo sauce is a must for me. If you want to make this recipe even FASTER, you could always buy a store bought Alfredo sauce to use instead. • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 c Chicken Stock
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1½ c Shredded or Grated Parmesan (reserve a little for garnish)

  1. Cook your pasta per the box instructions.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of butter in large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of the minced garlic and cook for one minute, stirring frequently.
  4. Add flour and stir to combine. Cook for one minute to cook the flour down.

  6. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook until it thickens slightly (a couple minutes).
  7. Stir in Parmesan Cheese until completely melted and add pepper to taste.
  8. Reduce heat and stir occasionally until you are ready to add to pasta.
  9. Meanwhile, add the rest of your butter to saute pan and add mushroom. After a few minutes, add 1 tbsp garlic. Cook for a few more minutes, then add cooked pasta, Alfredo Sauce and Basil. Mix well.
  10. Steam Cooked Perfect Meatballs in the microwave steam in pouch for 2 minutes. Then add meatballs to pasta and enjoy!
